I help ministry leaders gain clarity in their vision, build the systems that support sustainable ministry, and know they're not walking the road alone.
My heart has always been in serving leaders. Like every pilgrim on the Camino, I've walked this road too — I've spent almost a decade in ministry, and I know what it's like to carry both the weight and the beauty of this mission.
Originally from the Bay Area, now serving ministry in Southern California. I'm a certified coach through Metanoia, currently pursuing further certification through the Center for Executive Coaching, and Camino Catholic is where that training meets real, on-the-ground ministry experience.

We start with clarity — a real vision for your ministry, tested against what matters most to you and the mission you serve. From there, we build backward toward what needs to happen to get there. But more than any framework, this is a space where you're not walking it alone.
Understanding your unique leadership strengths, motivations, ideal conditions, and blind spots — so you lead from who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
Clarifying your priorities and identifying a strategic focus for your ministry's goals — so your time and energy go where they matter most.
Creating systems and leadership practices that support your ministry's health for the long road ahead — not just a good season, but a lasting one.
Ministry leadership can feel isolating — competing priorities, a packed calendar, and the sense that you're figuring it out mostly on your own. Camino Catholic is for leaders who want greater clarity, stronger systems, and a sustainable path forward for the long haul.
Coordinators and directors carrying the weight of a whole ministry area.
Leaders forming the next generation of disciples.
Walking alongside students navigating faith and identity.
Preparing for greater responsibility in ministry leadership.
If any of this sounds like where you're at, I'd love to talk. A discovery call is free, no pressure — just a conversation about what's going on and whether this is a good fit.
